Johnny Erasme (aka J Blaze) is a worldwide renowned choreographer. J Blaze has
worked with and choreographed for many artists, but is best known for his work
with Justin Bieber and Chris Brown. Through hard work and consistency, what
started as backup dancer work for Justin Bieber, has been elevated into him being
one of his full-time choreographers. Also an entrepreneur, Johnny has started his
corporation JBLAZE, Inc. and his own clothing line, known as M$MD. Giving his
entrepreneurship background, he started the charity, United Hands for Haiti with
his siblings, after he traveled to Haiti and performed there with Chris Brown.
Realizing his blessings, he wanted to help the people of his own roots. Hence, United
Hands for Haiti was organized.
Johnny is a sought-after international choreographer who travels to Asia, Europe,
North and South America to teach his unique and highly acclaimed choreography.
He started his career at the age of nine and has been working constantly since that
time as a chorographer, dancer, actor and rapper. Some of his credits include six
world tours, several movies, many TV shows, including the lead in Nickelodeon’s
“Dance on Sunset,” several national commercials, a rap album, and dozens of music
videos, live performances, and award shows.
Recently, J Blaze has also been working on and growing Henny Session, “The
Garage.” A passion project he created and established where choreographers come
and create in his renowned garage, one of the most famous garages in the dance
world.
Tatiana graduated from UCLA with a double major, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in
dance and political science. Having an interest in the entertainment industry,
Tatiana pursued a career as a Casting Director, currently with Crown Media as a
Casting Manager. She helps cast many of the lead roles in the movies and series on
the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries. Tatiana’s interest in the
entertainment industry started at the age of eight when she was a background actor
on a national commercial. The producer loved her interaction on the set and
elevated her to a principal role. She later booked a lead on a PSA. After college, she
decided to be behind the scenes in the entertainment industry.
Tatiana is not shy to lend a hand where needed. At UCLA, she participated in many
charity activities. In her third year, The Office of Undergraduate Admission offered
her the Bruin Ambassador position, a prestigious role, where she represented the
school at college fairs, giving presentations about UCLA to high schools across Los
Angeles and surrounding cities. Currently a Teen Leader with the Turning Point
Church, she constantly meets with the teens, helping as many as she can to stay on a
positive path.
Ever since Christopher (CJ) was in high school, one of his passions was figuring out
how to help others. He received the community service award upon high school
graduation for volunteering the most hours using his dance skills teaching others
and by participating in a big brother program, known as Young Warriors, a program
developed to help young boys become a positive contribution in society. Their motto
was “Inspiring Boys to be Great Men.”
CJ wants to be that great man. A graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts, he
continues to volunteer his time where needed, while pursuing his professional
career as a dancer/choreographer, performing with renowned artists, such as Kayne
West, Meghan Trainor, The Weekend, and many more in such venues as the Super
Bowl, The Grammys, The Voice, BET Awards, music videos, and the like.
As an individual that wants to help others, CJ continues to devote his time to bring
an artist’s vision to life as a Creative Director, a new business venture he is pursuing
Winston received his Master of Public Administration (MPA) in New York and
worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for over 14 years. He has been an
educator for more than 17 years, teaching both on a high school level and as an
adjunct online professor at the University of Phoenix and Allied Health Institute.
Currently, Winston focuses his full time teaching in the Broward School District, where
he can make the greatest impact teaching financial literacy classes in the Business
Department.
In addition to the MPA Degree, Winston holds a B.B.A. in Finance and an A.A.S. in
Banking and Finance.
